Accessibility Statement
JJN Trucking Inc. wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we keep improving the site as we learn.
What we’ve done
- Clear page structure with headings and landmarks, so screen readers can move around easily
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Labeled form fields with clear, specific error messages
- Text and buttons that meet WCAG color-contrast requirements
- Pages that adapt to phones, tablets and desktops, and stay usable when zoomed to 200%
- Short animations that settle on their own, and no motion at all for visitors who turn on “reduce motion” in their device settings
- Testing with automated accessibility tools (axe) and by hand with a keyboard
- The full site is available in English and Spanish
Known limitations
- The East Coast service map is decorative. The same information (every terminal, location and service zone) is listed as text right next to it.
- Content on outside sites we link to, such as Instagram, is controlled by those companies.
