JJN Trucking Inc. (“JJN,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through jjntruckingny.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to answer your request and move your freight, and we never sell it.

When you send a quote request through our website, we receive the details you enter:
- First and last name
- Company name (optional)
- Email address and phone number
- The service you need and any load details or message you include
If you call, text or email us, we also receive whatever information you choose to share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically
Our website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or tracking pixels. Like every website, the company that hosts our site automatically receives basic technical information when you visit (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our website fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser downloads the font files.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and answer your questions
- To provide our trucking, drayage and warehousing services and keep you updated about your shipments
- To keep business records and meet our legal and regulatory obligations
- To protect our website and customers from spam, fraud and abuse
3. How we share your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their job:
- Formspree processes our website quote form and delivers your submission to our email.
- Netlify hosts our website.
- Google provides our business email (Google Workspace) and our website fonts (Google Fonts).
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of JJN, our customers or others.
Our website links to our Instagram page. When you visit Instagram or any other outside site, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
4. Phone calls and text messages
By submitting a quote request, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts at any time. We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you, maintain our business records and comply with legal requirements. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
6. How we protect information
Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we take the protection of your information seriously.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing logistics@jjntruckingny.com or calling (631) 339-2846. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some records where the law requires us to.
8. Do Not Track
Because our website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, it does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
9. Children’s privacy
Our website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
